Returns and Shipping

ALL custom items are FINAL SALE.  We are happy to replace an item if the customization is wrong.

If you’re looking to return or exchange your order, we're here to help!  We offer returns or exchanges within 7 days of receiving your order. You can return your product for store credit, a different product, or a refund to the original payment method.

Please note the following exceptions to our return and exchange policy:

  • Discounted items are final and cannot be returned or exchanged

  • Returned items must have tags still on and be returned in original packaging

  • Returned items must have no visible signs of wear or use

To initiate a return or exchange, please complete the following steps:

  1. Email with your order number and items needed to return.

  2. Please mail back items to AVENUE Store ATTN: returns 104 S Cherokee Avenue Dothan, Alabama 36301

  3. provide tracking info for your items you are returning.

Additional Information:

  • How long it takes to receive your refund, replacement product, or store credit?  ~Your item will be credited the same day we receive it back in the store.

  • Any shipping fees the customer will need to pay - Please note: All shipping is estimated, not guaranteed. Feel free to contact us directly if needed by a certain date.

  • You must provide a tracking number for the returned items, otherwise we are unable to credit your account for items lost in the mail.
